I worked at  at Allen & Heath from 1992-2015 repairing and servicing all the products that they have manufactured. I was the Senior engineer in the warranty department for 20+ years. I have also spent lots of time over the years fixing all types of equipment from many different manufactures.

I have spent time travelling in the UK and other countries training and repairing A&H equipment.

We are writing to inform you that we have appointed AB-Electronics as a third party service agent for out-of-warranty repairs.

To provide you with the best possible service, all out-of-warranty repairs for the entire Allen & Heath product range will now be directed to AB-Electronics, a UK-based business whose owner has 20+ years of experience in servicing and repairing A&H products.
We suggest you contact AB-Electronics directly for quotes, shipment details, invoicing and any other matter pertaining to servicing and repairs of out-of-warranty products.

Our Product Support team can also advise on the best course of action and get you in contact with the agent in cases where service is required.

You can of course still deal direct with Allen & Heath regarding in-warranty repairs and returns by logging on and submitting a support here –support.allen-heath.com

Please remember we need the serial number and date of purchase to process any RMA. If this is not supplied it will delay the process as we will have to wait for this information to be supplied.
